Building a Battery Capacity Meter

I saw a Youtube video about this little board used for checking capacity of variuos batteries. I thought it looked interesting and that it could be used for a new
TM500 plugin project so I ordered batch of four from Ali Express for about $12 total including shipping. Part number is ZB2L3.

This is the main part. On the bottom the original and above it the modified board with the screw connector, display, switches and LED's removed.
The connector was later reattached to the board and the display, LED's and switches were added to the front panel.

These are the major parts. At the center is a new switch assy with switches from a scrapped Tek scope and a special home made power selector board.
After this picture was taken a power ON/OFF switch was added on the left side of the front panel and the discharge resistors were changed.
The major plugin hardware parts (not the aluminum plate) came from a Custom Plugin Kit from Tek and the interface connector came from a scrapped plugin.

Inside on the reverse side: Access to the switches to select discharge reistasnce of 1 to 15 in 1 steps. Click the picture for a close up of the label.

The finished unit. Click the picture for a short video of it running.
